Applying to the Cleveland Foundation
The Cleveland Foundation and its supporting organizations have a two-part application process. Preview grant inquiry/application
Part 1 - All organizations must submit a grant inquiry (click on grant inquiry form below) Once your inquiry is submitted, it will be reviewed by staff and you will be notified by e-mail whether a full application will be required. Please be sure to submit your inquiry well in advance of your project's start date.
Part 2 - If invited to complete a full application, return to the original inquiry and complete additional questions. Review can take eight weeks or longer depending on the complexity of your request.
